Okay, so you ready for this? I got my papers today, and I cant BELIEVE the things stated! Its unreal! It is indeed from the incompetent lady that hit me and her idiotic lawyers. I cant believe they really think they have a case against me. I will share some of whats mentioned in the papers, I think you all will laugh:
9. Defendant Jeanette (yeah, thats right, they spelt my name wrong! Why I otta...) was negligent in the following acts and ommissions:
(d) in failing to stop, slow, change speed, swerve, or otherwise take evasive action after the danger of a collision with Plaintiffs vehicle or person was apparent or should have been apparent to defendant
HELLO! I mean really, COME ON PEOPLE! She hit me last second, I didnt even have a chance to react, she thought she could beat me to the punch and cut me off to turn, and IM the one thats supposed to take evasive action? Ugh.
This ones my favorite
(f) in traveling through the intersection when she was required to stop, thereby failing to drive with the highest degree of care.
HELLO! I had the right of way! She was supposed to yeild to me! Not to mention it was a green light, I didnt know you were supposed to stop at green lights, Ill make sure to make a note of that. Ugh.
Anyways, Im not terribly worried about it now since talking to my insurance agent. He calmed my nerves reassuring me these never go anywhere, especially this one since she has no case to begin with. I really dont have anything to worry about at all for the most part, the insurance company takes care of everything, the lawyer and all. So I just sit back and wait for them to tell me its all over. I just keep trying remind myself it could be worse, just think of Randy Pausch and his smiling face.

Holy Crap, what a dufus. She obviously has mental issues. That's great though that her side of the case is so weak, that'll make it ridiculously easy to wriggle out of. Lame that she ever invested the time and money to sue you in the first place but whatever...
As for you asking about my music, I'm flattered =) I still play a bunch but I've only ever recorded once and I'm not sure if I've told you that or not...hmmm, anyhoo you can check out some stuff I've got up on Myspace. Yay, I am glad that you told me that you have a blog because I have one too! Now we can really stay in touch. That really stinks about getting served. Good luck with it. Some people are so dumb!
Ok - how many car accidents have you guys been in??? Holy cow... the curse of the car part ? No fun - at least you can laugh about it. I like your sense of humor!
